Miss Carters Place is definitely a soul food gem in Baltimore. I love the collard greens (very addicting), fried fish, mac n cheese and turkey wings. I came in to pickup two orders of greens and left with a meal, drink and dessert. The dessert was delicious and definitely the highlight of my meal!

They’re food is Horrible the Collard Greens is Nasty, my grilled salmon wasn’t all the way done, the only thing taste ok was the yams. They not going to get no more of my money RIDICULOUS!!!!
