Nice winery on your way to Fredericksburg. Beautiful back patio and property. Disappointed that sandwiches are only sold on weekends. Wine was good and service was awesome.

Great first winery for my first time in FBG! Such a pretty spot with a great building. Lots of outside seating. We were a larger group, but they managed to acclimate us without a reservation. We sat down and a handful of us opted for the red wine tasting. To do a tasting, you have to also order food. So we shared a couple of the cheese boards—a great choice that paired perfectly with any wine. My only complaint was the olives in the bread. I love far more food than I don’t. But olives is certainly one of about 2-3 things I just cannot stand the taste of. So having them baked into the bread was off-putting. But I digress. We tried a handful of wines. The dolcetto and the monte were my faves. I ended up coming home with the monte. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly (but maskless just FYI for those that care about Covid safety practices). The checkout procedure was turtle slow though. They definitely need a way to check out groups faster.

Cute & quaint winery with EXCELLENT service by the owner, Mike and his wife. I went with a group & we had an amazing tour of the barrel room & tasting some of their local wines. Looking forward to going back!!!
