You definitely should improve the customer service. For example: Don't ask if the customer plans to order something else before even bringing the plastic cups to taste your wine. Looks desperate. Or at least make good wine.

My friends and I had a great time tasting wines. The price for a flight was fair and it comes with a good selection of either red or white wine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall enjoyed a lovely afternoon at Clermont Vineyards & Winery.
