Gaskins never disappoints. The food is fantastic. My only tiny criticism is the dining room is really loud. Some sound deadening fabric (even curtains which are never drawn) would help. But I love it here.

Incredible dining experience at Gaskins! The food was so fresh and creative. We loved the citrusy carrot salad, and the roasted chicken was unreal. Finished with rhubarb and strawberry panna cotta and lemon balm homemade ice cream… woahhh… took us right back to childhood! Didn’t want the experience to end! The service was excellent. The servers and staff were so friendly and made our dinner special. Can’t wait to come back!!

Such an amazing place! The restaurant’s decor is beautiful inside and out. The restaurant food is so delicious! You can order anything on the menu. I recommend going with a small group of people and trying a bit of everything. My favorite spot in the Catskills.

What a magnificent night. The restaurant was beautiful the food was to die for and the service was spectacular. We were greeted by Molly who was a pleasure. She was sweet, accommodating, and organized. We then had Emma as our server who was marvelous as well. She was prompt, friendly, helpful and very attentive. Cannot wait to go back

GASKINS COVID-19 SAFETY PRACTICES: Our building is closed to guests and delivery people. Everything is handled curbside. To mitigate risk and the spread of COVID-19 we are only offering take-out at this time. All staff maintains social distance from one another and wears masks at all times on the premises. We maintain rigorous cleaning practices and require hand washing frequently. All staff does a COVID-19 screening and a temperature check before starting work. We have a safety plan in compliance with the NYS Department of Health. Additionally we require all staff to take paid time off from work if they exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 and we follow all NYS protocols for testing, contact tracing and travel restrictions.
