UPDATE (August 2022): Someone from IdentoGo’s corporate office reached out to me about my complaint. She told me they had spoken to the employee who attempted to refuse service to the customer with the service dog and are re-training staff at the location on ADA requirements for accessibility. 💛 Original review from June 2022: I’ve used IdentoGo for fingerprinting services a couple of times now. My most recent visit was on June 1st. They seemed overbooked and the waiting room was crowded. The staff member processing TWIC cards tried to deny service to a woman with a service dog because her dog was a Great Dane. She claimed the dog was too big and their company “had not yet decided whether or not they accept service animals.” We reminded her that this is illegal and an ADA violation. She still made the woman wait outside with her dog in the 90 degree plus heat. I called IdentoGo’s customer service feedback hotline and told them what their employee did and they said they would investigate.

Drove 2 hours to pick up my TWIC Friday just to arrive and they were closed during their “normal business hours.” I understand being closed due to inclement weather but the fact that you cannot even contact them to save time or gas driving that far. Now I don’t even want to take the risk of driving back again just to make it all the way to Beaumont and they’re closed again, and I can’t even call to make sure they are actually open. They need to get a phone to save people the time and headache! Gas is too high to be making blank trips and multiple trips.

If you use Google Maps to get there, it will take you close but it's incorrect. The office is located next to the kids academy, towards the back. The sign is small so it's easy to miss. Hope this helps
