Fire every employee you have burn it down start over from scratch. They close hours early they put out worse than sub par food I feel bad for the owners

This place is the absolute worst. I have tried to give them additional chances over the past 10-15 years, but I give up. We ordered pizza tonight. The tracker said it was being quality controlled for nearly an hour. We called...oh, we're the next delivery. Nope. Shortly after we called, suddenly there's someone leaving the store with our pizza. Except they never show. We finally cancelled.

Since the storm the store has been VERY busy and they are short handed the line has been out the door
It's on the side of town where nobody tips, what do you expect.The delivery drivers actually lose money bringing you your food.Why care when you receive it when you don't tip either way. So now nobody wants to work at that location cause y'all are notorious for being a waste of their energy and effort.So they are understaffed on top of knowing who don't tip and is a waste of their time.They don't deliver for your blessings or to be nice, they have bills to pay and families to provide for.The wear on their vehicle isn't worth it unless they get a tip, and with tip comes more employees and they will actually care about you cause hey, this nice person isn't a waste of my time and effort. You could go to another location on the wealthier side of town where their employees are abundant and happy because they actually get paid. Then you are only wasting your energy and effort 🙂. This goes for restaurants as well with your waiter. People do not wait on you to be nice. Learn to cook 😉
The staff are working hard to get back to customers and ask if they still want their order or a refund. They are short handed and backed up for two hours. The lobby is closed.
