I thought Mike Smith Nissan was good but after waiting over a week with no car no loaner they are nothing. The have the slowest service ever. And I calls every day with no information given. Very poor service

I have been a customer at Mike Smith for over 20 years. I was appalled at my last visit to have work done on my 2014 Titan. I needed my starter replaced. I brought it in on a Wednesday afternoon got it back Friday afternoon. The problem was it took 3 weeks to get a invoice. Problem was they over charged me after they found out I had maintenance insurance. They ripped me off. I won’t be going back for service. They are dishonest.
