Great food and service!! Our waitress was amazing! One thing I do recommend is make the red Sangria a little more fruity! Overall great experience and delicious food, would recommend!!

This is a really good tapas bar and bistro. They have good collection of wine. Went here with a few friends. Majority of my friends were vegetarian and they enjoyed the food. I got the deviled eggs for appetizets. I had the fisherman's soup and the salmon special. The salmon special was amazing the fish was crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. High recommend this if it's on the menu. The salmon came with a side of greens and kinoa. Th staff were excellent and very friendly. Really loved the ambience here. Recommend this place for a date or an intimate dinner with spouse.

Nice Spanish restaurant in Saratoga Springs, excellent menu and wine selections. Superior service, my waiter, Aaron, was top notch. Very reasonably priced and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Boca Bistros' atmosphere was romantic. It's a perfect date night, restaurant. I appreciate a restaurant that provides fresh—bread before a meal alongside assorted fresh olives. The Paella Mixto was delicious. The portion is enough for 4, probably six people. Sharing the Paella mixto creates a more cozy experience. The flavors were rich, the mussels, clams and shrimp were prepared to perfection. My favorite part the Paella was the cauliflower and mussels.
