I gave this place a 2-star because the only 2 things that are great there is the location & the apartment manager, Melissa. She is always professional & willing to assist residents! The apartments are very small (1bedroom approx 550 sqft), appliances are 10-15 years old, and you can hear your neighbors while in the bedroom bathroom & living room! Quiet time is 10pm-10am. The hallways & stairways need cleaning & painting. The laundry room has 4 washers 4 dryers, 1 or 2 are always broken. And, I’ve been waiting 7 months for them to return my $900 security deposit!!! Do Yourself A Favor, Go Live Somewhere Else!!

Listed as Low Income Senior housing... You must have an income of three times the monthly rent even to apply!!! That's $2695 + a $75. Application fee. Please tell me how this qualifies as Low Income housing????Thanks for your interest in our community. Our written leasing criteria requires a minimum income of 2 times the monthly rental rate, so we apologize if there has been a misunderstanding on that requirement. The maximum income limit is set at 60% of the median income for the area, with an aim to service moderate income renters, as per the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program we participate in. Other communities may serve households at 30 - 50% of the median income, depending on their program requirements, so we encourage you to seek other options if our limits do not meet your needs. Please feel free to contact us if you need any additional information.
