I would like to understand how PA libraries are gauged. Because the one here told me I'm not " allowed to settle in". Besides being rude and elitist, I know its my taxpayers right to "settle in", read, look on the computer, whatever I want. How dare these elitest older white ladies tell me I can't. Also, the computer monitor was turned around. Look. You don't get it. Not all of us have a computer in the house. On top of that they tried to hide power access. It was highly demeaning and next time I going in recording. Those are public access stations. In other states, there's none of this attitude. You can find me in many public places. I'm coming in microphone on and hidden.... Soon
