Every major event has had RV camping in the past. For LOORR, it is near the off-road track, but for other events, it is around the far perimeter of the circuit.

No. And it's called UMC now. Check out cars and coffee and come have fun next month however! Tons of cars and good people. They have rides available to go around the track as well. Really a great event!
The minimum age to race is typically depends on what series they are racing in. Our UMC Karting Championships has a minimum age of 6

The bay do not come with tools. There are air hook ups for air tools and power outlets but everything else is up to you to bring.
I am totally not sure. I would have to say no, when we were there we hung out with participants, not spectators. A few participants had dogs with them, but they were contained in motors homes and never allowed to run loose, only on a leash for potty breaks. If you will be a spectator, I doubt very seriously they will be dog friendly.

Its been tied up in court for a while. Mitime is still running the track as in the lease agreement but an official date of ownership hasn't been set yet.
MotoGP is definitely not a thing that happens in Utah.
