Key west again overcharged for an item. Roast beef is on sale of 8.99 per pound, I ordered 1/2 pound. At check out, I was charged 11.99, I asked for customer service but was told, customer service is closed. I asked for a manager, 10 minutes later I spoke to the manager. He refunded me 6.99 , I asked for a receipt to show I was refunded, he had no receipt to give me. I said I would check my bank account before I left the store. Suddenly he shows me a receipt for my refund. How can a large business not have customer service ? Totally disappointed, I will now shop at Publix when in key west.

I used to give it a five star rating but now I give it a one star they won’t take cash they’re always out of paper bags nobody there speaks English. I’d rather wait for my days off and shop at Publix I’m in a better mood when I get home from shopping. They never have anybody there at the customer service counter in fact they have a big display blocking the door to get behind the service counter so even if somebody wanted to work behind the counter they couldn’t get back there.
