Was 3 star, reduced to 2 at the very end. Bug in my coffee. Yeah..no...gross. Room was okay. Bed was confortable. Water pressure was iffy. TV and WiFi good. They don't have vending machines, so make sure you have drinks and snacks before you come in. Theu said you can buy water bottles from the front desk. The breakfast was a joke. Only coffee, that ran out by 730am and no sign of being refilled. Some mini muffins and coffee. Thats it. The juice machine was off.

Negative: Stayed here in the past numerous times but not for a few years. Very surprised by how the outside curb appeal had diminished. Inside of hotel looked renovated but the inside of the elevator needed major redo. Breakfast was in a to-go bag.

Positive: Air conditioner worked well. Negative: First room given to us had no hot water, toilet did not flush, mold in shower. Paid for a room that was supposed to sleep 3 people and only had one bed. Breakfast was junk food and an apple.

This place has been closed since October 2021. Somehow the owner kept this up on the Best Western website. It allowed me to pick my room and make reservations, taking my credit card information. Best Western was able to direct me to the next closest BW. I kinda feel that BW customer service could have accommodated a little better.
