We needed to purchase an adjustable platform to facilitate comfort and recovery from a recent illness Colin listened to what we needed, explained three levels of platforms and allow us to pick what fit best. He was able to make it fit our budget, we purchased on Saturday and it was delivered today (Sunday of a holiday weekend). The delivery team was excellent, very professional and helpful.
