We could not even get service. I dnt mind waiting in line at times but the wait time here was more than ridiculous. The employees literally helped one customer at a time. When it got to us, all I wanted was a single donut, she still out me off. This is not a good dunkin

Not the fault of the employees, but they can get backed up if there are only two people working in the AM as has happened to me on occasion. Seems they need more employees working in a consistent basis Employees at the window are friendly and personable. Say hi to Cassie when you go through!

This is the worst Dunkin in our area, it really is to small for this particular area. There is a hospital and a pharmacy school nearby. They are always under staffed and employees are always on edge. The drive thru lines are ridiculous and going inside is just as bad. I ordered my coffee on the app to pick up inside, the wait time was so long I left and ordered in Endicott, I was on my way out of town. This is a convenient location for me, but I won't make the mistake again.
