You’re not delivering my mail. You’re also not answering the phone. Shameful.

These people don’t know how to answer a phone I’ve tried calling like 5 times and it just rings and rings then you get a busy tone

I had been trying to get my daughters passport for weeks with Lehi post office. I tried calling multiple times to make sure that I had all I needed to have a successful and quick appointment, since my daughter is a minor. Was never able to get anyone on the phone. My husband and I resorted to going online to find out that we needed. I went into the post office for my appointment, and was helped by a clerk that was extremely impersonal and cold. I was then told I needed more paperwork (that was NOT listed online and was not told about since I was unsuccessful getting a hold of anyone via phone) since my husband was unable to be present for the appointment (which i totally understand why, just wish I was told) and had to reschedule my appointment again. I went back in for my now second appointment and was told by the SAME clerk about more paperwork that was needed to continue getting my daughters passport. As a new mom that is still working 40 hr weeks this was a huge waste of time and not a good experience whatsoever. We ended up going down to the Orem Post Office and was able to get the passport info filed and sent out within 10 minutes. Love my city of Lehi, but not a fan of their postal workers.

You talk to a computer the entire time. You don’t get to talk to a representative at the local post office.
I have never had that office answer the phone. They are understaffed for the area they have to service.
I have the same problem, they returned my voting ballot!!!!! Can't get through to them by phone either !!!! Does anyone know what else I could do????
You can get a "Movers Packet". Fill out the change of address form and give it to the USPS clerk.
You must go to the Post office and order new ones they charge you for the key
I believe you have to go online and register to apply.
I believe applications can only be accepted through the online portal.
I bet if you catch them before they send it out for delivery you can get it
