They either always forget something or they mess up on something and while I'm ordering I'm always getting put on hold. The fries today I got weren't even salted and I ordered a Dr Pepper and got a Coke instead like I don't even know how you mess up the two simplest things.

Very rude. Drive thru crew girls arw young and they look like they cant ne borhered with their work. They cluster and talk amongst themselves standing around not even a hello or enthusiastic welcome at other fast food facilities. Stuff the bag in my face and expect me to leave. Not very friendly staff here. Everyone needs training in customer service.

Whoever the man is who works weekend nights at the window is an amazing man and should be the manager. As for the manager. She’s definitely as useless as the dirt on my shoes. Overheard an order mistake and she made employees pay for it. Will be contacting corporate for her sloppy demeanor.

Had fun bringing my mobility impaired mom to McD's. Used the drive up window and stayed in the car. We both enjoyed the coffee and the apple fritters. Additional bonus -- no line in the drive up!
