Ordered food at 12:30pm and it is now 3:30pm. I understand being busy and all, but after complaining and being told “20 more minutes” and then calling again and being told, “You’re the 3rd delivery” NOTHING. This has happened multiple times to others in town that I know. Not sure what the deal is, and seems to be a constant issue at this location.

Had to come back and lower my rating. I ordered online a couple of weeks ago. Placed the order a few minutes after 5pm. Two medium pies (toppings) and bread. 45 minutes later, the online tracker still said "prepping". I called and questioned it. They said the tracker wasn't working properly and our order would be delivered in about 15 minutes. Ok. Fine. Well, now it is 6:40 and still nothing. I called again and they said ours was the next to leave. Hmmm. Really? I called back 10 minutes later (over 2 hours after placing my order and my little one crying because he was so hungry) and told them to just forget it and refund my money. They said "The only thing I can say is that I'm sorry. We are short staffed. You know. The pandemic." I told him Ok but why didn't they say something during the last 3 calls I made, right? Again, I asked for a refund and the guy just said "uh huh. Refunding it now." Very monotone. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and wait time. I suggest if you want to eat from here at a certain time, order 3-4 hours beforehand.

Literally lazy bums work there with no work ethic 11:40 until the time I called them (12:30). Guy told me it was busy but I called them and complained and 35 seconds after I called, the delivery driver was on his way. Never pre tip your delivery drivers , they were probably too busy watching ufc. Would not recommend this dominos EVER again. Wish I could give 0 stars. I served in the army for this trash?

Please note these hours are incorrect - all service including delivery and carryout stops at 12 am Sun - Thurs and 1 am Fri - Sat. The staff at this Domino's are kind and compassionate and put so much care and effort into serving tasty pizzas to a wide delivery area. That is NOT easy thing to do during this global pandemic and worker shortage. It takes integrity and commitment. It's rare to find the dedication shown by these employees these days. I'd be honored to be part of such a team if I didn't already have a job in a different industry. So glad this store exists!
