This is a great shop for families. We've gotten many items here and also had a lot of success selling items to them as well. They are fair and well versed in what they should and should not buy & resell. Buying kid items here has saved our family SO MUCH money!

I am sad to have to post this review after being a 19-year year customer 😔. The customer service has truly gone down. I would say that it is largely part of the new hiring of staff and perhaps the younger generation hired..... (Personal opinion) They are more combative when questioned about the item's price. Actually in some of the responses to reviews here, seems the "response" from the store is objectionable with the consumers expressing dismay are also downright dismissive. (Perhaps this has developed into a store culture?🤔) My experience and observation of recent consumers being dismissed for questioning anything regarding pricing have evolved into a sponse. what led to my post is a recent experience of my own.😔 I attempted to contact the store to express my observation and hope to speak to the manager... I was told the manager was not in on this particular day and that I could be helped by the person answering the call. - At that time I expressed my qualm about a particular employee's lack of friendliness and dismissive attitude toward a consumer who did not have 59 Cents toward a free book and perhaps it could have been handled better when the consumer mentioned she did not carry cash and attempted to use her card, - only to be met with she would have to spend a minimum of $10.00... (Policy I get it - not the ⚠️ issue) The consumer mentioned they had been a shopper and supporter of the store for 15 years and that she would just leave the book.....the employee's shrug of a shoulder and "oh well" attitude toward the consumer....is what led to me finally calling that day to speak to the manager. Long story short, I happened to get the same rude young lady - as she was swift to point out she was the staff that handled the purchase, and she mentioned that she had no interest in hearing about my experience - or speaking any further about "59 cents." She proceeded to direct me to call on Monday and after asking for her name she hung up on me... Well, the bottom line, we seem to be living in days of increased stress and financial strain. Consumers who spend their money despite the store should never have to feel as if they don't matter as a shopper... I don't agree with employees having to be treated disrespectfully either -however, this was not the case. And lately, Kid to Kid in Havertown your customer service has been less desirable. I hope that you fix this.😔

Great selection of stuff, great prices. Some areas could more organized and merchandised. It's always cold in there, year around.
