Listen to the reviews!!! Has below a 3 star rating for a reason! I dropped off my clothes within the first 30 minutes of it opening and never got a text it was done like normal you just have to watch the website you check in on, not a big deal but after 7 hours I didn’t know to check the website so I called to ask if my bag was done since I live kind of far away, super rude staff and when I got there they didn’t even take anything. Once again not the end of the world but they’re reasoning was they were only taking seasonal stuff but I had winter and summer clothes bought within the last two years. Wish they let me know on the phone when I called so I didn’t have to make the trip, would have just told them to donate. Been five times in two years, if you live more than 15 minutes away don’t waste your time, they never buy anything. Even told someone in front of me that other stores normally take what they don’t. Just save yourself the trip and donate to goodwill or try another location.
