Visited earlier to check on pricing and had a very disappointing experience. Bad attitude towards potential customers--just short or arrogant. They don’t know how to talk to customers. They wouldn't answer any questions and demanded Id's to run a credit report before answering questions.

Shout out to the great Customer Service technicians at the Dulles Town Center mall. I'm from out of town on business and needed to charge my phone in my rental car.....or risk getting lost in Metro area rush hour. They not only provided directions but offered me a great deal on the cord I needed. Thank you so much!!
