Employees are nice, the quality is terrible. I personally just dont like little Caesars. My kids like it and it's a cheap meal for them.

We moved to Inglas 2 1/2 months ago and had Little Caesars from this location the 1st night at our new home. It was good but I passed it off to our being worn out from the move and thought at that point anything would be good. Since that night we have had pizza from the Inglas store at least once a week. I find it to be better than anything I've had from any chain store and even as good or better than a lot of the local Pizzarias I've eaten at. I always order on line and have never had any issues. I also want to say that the staff is extremely cordial and courteous and usually address me by my name when I come to the counter. I see these negative reviews and wonder if the reviewers have confused this location with another. I have nothing but good to say about this Little Ceasars location.

I would give them no stars if I could. This place is so unprofessional!! Never answer the phone , when they do , They tell you 15-20 minutes it will be ready an hour pass and still our food not done ! If they stopped playing around maybe they could do there job correctly! Poor service period!! I order pizza at 7:30 -8 and it’s now after 9 and still not ready , y’all forgot what I ordered smh 🤦‍♀️

Used to be able to order online and do portal pick up, now you have to call like before, and like before it's always a busy signal or no one answer. It's faster to order from crystal river and go pick it up. Very inconvenient. I'm done with this location.
