I've ordered from this company a few times and if you have issue, forget about them doing anything to resolve your issue. First time, I received a bag of crushed cookies do to their packaging or lack of and I had to send them pics of the inside of the bag showing the crushed cookies and this was after going back and forth on live chat while they tried to skirt around the issue over a $5 bag of cookies. Second time I received an item I found I could not use and asked if I could return it since was unopened and the expiration date was 2024. Initially they said yes no problem and when they saw that it was past the 30 day return period, they said no even though they would be able to resell this with no problem. This weekend I received my order and two loaves of bread were crushed because they threw the four ice packs right on top of the bread (almost $10 each!). I immediately went on live chat, sent pictures and all she could do was say that she would forward the pics to whoever. What kind of customer service is that? I sent her pics immediately after I opened the box. I should have received either a credit or replacement right at that moment. I am so done with this place! The worst customer service ever!

This company used to have great service. Now, not so much. Three day delay before they ship. Also, very strange to ask for a tip for their warehouse staff.

The absolute best selection of keto/gluten free/diet products on the market. The prices are average or sometimes less than you can find in stores but the number one is the speed of shipping and the customer service is phenomenal. I have been ordering from them for years and will continue to do so. The packing of frozen items are amazing, separately placed with icepacks. You really can't find a better supplier of health products.

Won’t order from them again. Someone packing my items decided to squish two loaves of bread to fit three loaves in a small box instead of putting it in a separate box. Half the size it ought to be. Carelessly damaging the product then shipping it. Useless person. They refunded me for both but I won’t order from them again. Overpriced garbage anyway.
