Getting a hold of anyone at this office is an extreme challenge, especially when you are trying to schedule a surgery or make any kind of appointment. Once you are in the office, the care if good but they truly need to work on answering the phones. It would be easier just to send an email!

Extremely poor service and communication from the staff. My appointment was canceled by the automated system for the 2nd time. No apologies or solutions were offered. Your time is not valued at this office, use caution or seek better service elsewhere.

This office was amazing while I attended college across the street. The entire staff was great Dr.Adelson changed my life after my second sinus surgery and other treatments. I’ve gone 10 years now with greatly reduced sinus issues.

Wrong location 123 Everett rd is were albany ent is located. Scotland ave is closer to albany medical hospital area.
I went to have my allergy testing in Saratoga New York. I'm not sure if they do allergy testing there and I don't know what insurance you have either I do not work here I am just a person that just reviews on Google maps that's all I do but I I've been to ENT and Albany and what I needed to get done they gave me the runaround. So my suggestion in my opinion is not to find another allergy place to go to another ENT you're welcome
