I am reading these reviews and wondering if we are talking about the same hospital. I have had ongoing problems that other hospitals dismissed, but Crescent City Sutter Coast and Dr Duncan saved my life. This is one of the best hospitals I have ever been to. My case is very complex, I visit this hospital on a very regular bases and not once have I been treated poorly. The staff has been so caring and even know me on a first name basis. I highly recommend.

Saw dr lee, was dismissed treated rudely and he had no interest in question or my health! By the way he never even gave me a check up! Didnt touch me or examine me properly at all... I wouldnt see him again ever.... Complete quack... Watch out..... I have posted on behalf of my aunt who is being ill treated, lack treatment ect... This morning i find out as a result my aunt is being threatened and retaliated against... This is how this office and dr. Treat vets, seniors.... I work in media in oregon at this point i will use all resources to expose and ill managed docs in delnorte co. Ca. My aunt is not the only one treated in this manner i have talked dozens of people dealing with same issues... Take head!!!!

The worst place I’ve ever “visited” I say it in quotation because we never stepped foot in the hospital. The had the absolute worst service, waited 3 hours to get a flu and covid test. After they finally came to take it, in our car we waited another 3 hours in the car for a “doctor”(short dude with a man Attitude) to come out and say “you have the flu, what do you want us to do?” Not making that up, we came here so you could tell us…… We just got a bill for $9,800 for literally waiting in our car for a test. Go somewhere else medicine man, a vet anything you can find. To Sutter, please send your doctors to Primery Childrens Hospital for training.

I had tremendous chest & shoulder pain and before going to Sutter hospital I read some of their reviews. Because of the negative reviews I almost drove to Brookings. The pain was too much for that drive so I went to Sutter. I don't understand how the negative people can feel so strongly. I found everyone that I encountered to be very professional, friendly, helpful and caring. Within minutes there were so many people at my side that I said, "Who's taking care of the other patients?" The doctor asked several questions and listened to me with focused attention. The tests he ordered were all completed quickly. His diagnosis was precise, delivered with a caring attitude and once again he listened to me like I was an important person. Everyone in that ER was wonderful. They care. If you think you need a hospital, get to Sutter Coast now. The nurse even thanked me for letting them take care of me and they did all this with a full ER. What a Country!
