I just got back from a two day hunt with Lee and Johnny. In those action packed days I was able to harvest axis (1 in velvet and 1 hard antlered), fallow deer, and black buck trophies. Lee and Johnny are the Best. They are straight forward, honest, knowledgeable, hard working, and are all around great outdoorsmen. They put me on trophies whether on stand or spot and stalk. Not once did they ever pressure me to pull the trigger. They listened to my goals and absolutely made it happen. They butchered skinned and caped my trophies as well as packing them on ice in my coolers. I learned a ton from them and had a great time. Thank you gentlemen! What an amazing experience. It was like getting to travel to India, Africa, and Turkey without ever dealing with TSA abusing my rifle case. The lodge is hunting book perfect. I had a great time watching football in the theatre and looking at the taxidermy. My room was even equipped with elk and a fallow deer shoulder mounts. The meals were prepared on site with appetizers and desert. Let me tell you Berna (sorry if I misspelled) is the most amazing chef. I ate an amazing burger, grilled pork chops (my favorite) about 2 inches thick, and a grilled chicken/cheese/bacon sandwich just to name a few. Everyone was so patient accommodating, kind, and polite. This was a dream come true for me as I have always wanted to do a Big Game outfit hunt ever since I was a kid. I look forward to the day I can take my family and come back.

What a amazing experience! The staff was fantastic, and delivered what was promised and then some. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The food was next level too. Wish I could go back just to eat again! Big thanks to Johnny, Mike, Verna (and the whole kitchen crew), Travis, HR, and Tara! We’ll definitely be taking clients to RHR for years to come.

An amazing place ran by wonderful people. The guides are great, put you on lots of game and make sure you are best set up for your hunting style. Lodging and cooking is fantastic. Very, very genuine people.. Felt like we were old friends within minutes of meeting them.
