I've had 5 recent visits to the DMV in Cedar City and each time, I've been immediately helped and professionally advised with at least two "above and beyond the call of duty" assists by the amazing staff at the DMV. As I mentioned to one knowledgeable DMV Agent today, she took 4 minutes to accomplish what an Agent in a "not to be mentioned other state" would have taken 7 hours. We appreciate all you do!

Small town feel. You never have to wait in line to speak of. Everybody's nice. I wish every place I have ever lived had such a cool DMV.

They were very busy the day I went in... Also close to their closing time.. although.. I didn't wait long at all.. they were quick to get to me and very nice.. pleasant experience!

Cause they are open longer hours the other 4 days of the week.
Depends on if you are registering it new or changing for Nevada to Utah registration. New: Title (or proof of lean holder which your bank submits to Utah DMV separately), Bill of Sale, proof of insurance, picture of VIN. Changing: Title (or proof of lean holder which your bank submits to Utah DMV separately), proof of insurance, old registration, picture of VIN.
Look on their website. They list items needed.
You need to call them, but if you want a temo tag you have to pay the full registration for the year and the temp tag fee as well.
