STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED HOW TO MAKE ICED LATTES. IT IS THE FOURTH TIME I STOP BY FOR AN ICED LATTE AND I JUST RECEIVE WATER THAT TASTES BARELY COFFEE. I PREFER TO GO TO THE ONE ON BROADWAY 4 BLOCKS AWAY.

If you are going for a coffee or for desserts this is the spot to go. The chai tea latte during cold weather is better than other food chains. Also their almond croissants are fabulous! The sandwiches not so much they are just as regular as anywhere else.

It's ok. Much the same as a Pretty elsewhere in the world only with a different range of products. I chose their famous (?) Cheese and ham baguette which was good enough. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the tables leave much to be desired. I was wondering whether the sidewalk was cleaner.
