Big O in Cedar City Utah. Great service and super nice folks. Bought a car in St George over the phone. Flew down to pick it up and the creme puff that was described to me had two bald tires and a cracked windshield. You could almost see the air in the tires, they were so thin. Headed home really upset about the tires and pulled into Big O. Explained my situation and he had me out the door and on the road in 45 minutes with a complete set of beautiful tires. My great deal on the car wasn't really that great after all.😡🤬😡🤬😡😤

My Daughter goes to School at SUU. Her younger sister had gone down so they could go to a concert together before fall break started. Saturday afternoon when it was time to travel home the car developed a wobble. They found that 2 studs one 1 tire had sheared off. They went to Big O in Cedar and Eric helped them. He was able to get everything repaired and got them on the road even though they had to stay a little late. My girls said he was super nice and didn’t feel like he was taking advantage of 2 girls. He charged them $50 buck for 2 studs and lug nuts. So thankful as a father to know that when I’m 4 hours away there is someone honest to help out. Thanks again Eric and the guys!

We got new tires at a Big O in Las Vegas and had a horrible shimmy on the interstate afterwards. Stopped by Big O and Cameron got us right in. Our tires were balanced properly and he got us back on the road in half an hour or so at no charge. So glad we stopped!
