The big schlubs in the printing department will go to any length to not have to work. Those big baby huey looking employees will scowl at you when you get in line for their services. I have had this experience twice at this location. I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and go to the fedex right next to starbucks. After my heinous experience at this staples I went to the fedex office store and it was the most customer oriented experience I’ve had in years. God bless the fedex office store and it’s employees. May the ground open up underneath this staples and swallow up the store along with all of the miserable, wretched employees.

DON’T BUY PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE! Manager refused to refund their “service” because it was a service. The issue is their photos don’t have white backgrounds which is required. I had the processing location take my photo and paid them since I was already there applying. Attempted to get my money back from Staples for a botched service and they refused.
