Worst customer service! Very ironic since they have a sign that says no bad attitudes, but they are all filled with the worst attitudes. I got my eyebrows done here last month, but when I went home I realized the eyebrow lady made them too thick so I came back the next day, with my friend, to fix them. However when I returned, my friend and I were rudely greeted by the man who was in charge of the front desk. I had told him my situation, that I came yesterday and asked if they could fix the thickness of my brows, but he repeatedly denied my request and told me my eyebrows were fine. To me, regardless of his opinion, it is terrible service denying a customers request. Not only did he make me feel uncomfortable with his unnecessary opinion, he then proceeded to insult my friend. After telling me my eyebrows were fine he rolled his eyes at me and then told my friend “however you on the other hand, are you here for a cleanup” in the most condescending tone. He then continued by asking her who did her eyebrows and when she told him she does them on her own he responded “yeah, and how is that working out for you”. This company honestly has one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Regardless of a certain employees opinion, denying a customers reasonable request is a terrible way to conduct business. I hope to those who are reading this take this review into consideration, and not go.

I love all the staff that do my eye brows here.. They are all trained.. They know what they r doing and they don't just do your eye brows to clean them but leave you with such a pretty face. I think they are all trained to service you. They speak so nicely and are nice kind clean and professional. They make me feel important. Noora is my personal favorite.
