I ordered 3 pizzas over the phone by the time I got there about 12 minutes later all 3 were ready to go. The staff were friendly and that's very important. Inside was nice and clean. With one of my sodas they gave me a Sierra mist instead of the Mountain Dew that I ordered luckily my son likes both. I will definitely order from there again.

Couldn't get app.on line take my order. Called location. Staff member would not let us use promo code, had be online. Also sent me free coupon for papadilla. Said I couldn't use it with pizza. Then why you send me. Was rude, difficulty communicating Wont use papa John again So frustrated we said forget it.

after 1 years still bad service and food.. Got a cold pizza called to get another one, they sent the new pizza uncooked. How do you feed this to your kids? This place has been going down hill for months. Almost certain the people working their are trying to ruin the franchise owners.

I just had to cancel my order . I placed my order on the app at 5:40 to be delivered at 645 - no tracking info was sent . I called at 655 and they said it would be At least another hour for delivery because they were short staffed and that it may take longer. . The girl I spoke with was rude and acted as if she didn’t care All we could do was void the order/ come get it or wait until they had a driver available . The lack of communication from papa johns was upsetting . I really wonder how they prioritize there delivery’s . This isn’t the first time I have had an issue with papa johns.

Temperature scans for all team members 2 times a day. Increased cleaning and sanitizing measures on all doors and high contact surfaces. Employees are all wearing masks. They also have a plastic barrier between guests and employees.
Probably too far. You might want to call the store. There's always uber eats if it's bad.
