Cathy was absolutely amazing and so professional! She was very informative and answered any and all questions I had about renting a storage space! Life has been a little chaotic and stressful lately and she managed to put a smile on my face and helped relieve some of the stress I’ve been carrying. I think I’ll definitely be storing with her! After shopping around, her facility seemed to be the nicest and most maintained and she seemed to be the most caring about her customers. Thank you for a positive attitude and experience!

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would! The store manager isn’t training new employees the correct way, was told a late fee could be waived as a courtesy as I’ve never been late before and then was told “that’s out of my control, he’s new and I’ll talk with him” she left a voicemail for me with a rude tone of voice, on top of that was told she would call back yesterday and never heard from her then either. I wish we never leased a unit here luckily only have 2/3 months left of dealing with horrible customer service!
