Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the service for my hair was a joke. The timing was ridiculous (they didn’t finish on time and just let me go home with half of my hair done) I left this salon with a headache from the stress. I did this for my birthday and was extremely sad for me I had a very important event and my self esteem was just so low. When I called for my money back they lie to me and just played games to don’t get my money back but that’s not even the problem the problem is that they didn’t do their job and made me be in horrible situation on my birthday I had and event that I planed for months and they knew it. I trust them and the result wasn’t good I wasn’t feeling my self and they just told me they couldn’t do more in my hair because the time was over and they had to close so my hair was half done. What kind of professional made an appointment for you and then in the middle of your service just tells you to leave because they have to close. When I called The staff were so unfriendly and rude and just saying lies to justify their mistakes. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service . They are desperate for customers giving “better prices” but is not worth it. Horrible experience ever if you really care about your hair go to a ethical professional.

I got my hair cut and a pedicure yesterday by Ashley & I am absolutely ecstatic with the results! My hair not only looks great but it feels light & so much healthier. She's a great cosmetologist & super friendly. It was definitely one of my favorite experiences and I've paid over $200 for a haircut at other salons. I've scheduled a consult for a balayage in a couple of weeks & I'm super excited! I definitely recommend seeing Ashley.
