When I visited the apartment prior to renting I was told that the dirty smelly back stairs carpet was going to be removed. I have been in the apartment for 2 months and it’s still there. The apartment patio is not painted when I ask about that they told me it’s done once a year. I don’t know how long the last resident was there for. I just think with all this money people are paying to be in that place they could of give a clean place. Let me make my own mess.

No assigned parking spaces, they are first come, first serve. We do have garages that residents can lease. Thanks.
