Check in was a breeze. Paperwork was a breeze. The technician, on the other hand, refused to give me the diagnostic test my doctor requested. She would not tell me why, she just said I would have to wait until SHE verbally spoke to my doctor. My doctor was not in that day so I waited, waited, waited. And then I left. Now it says I was a "no show". What did not show was the concern for the patient that the receptionist showed.

Love the convenience of having a lab and specialists at the same place as a large family practice group.

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude to me today. I asked her a simple question and she was much more interested in her phone than answering my question.

Main line health just cares about the bottom line. If you blink you miss your Dr. The staff are just miserable, unpleasant,difficult bunch of people with a God complex. Good Luck!!
