I currently live here and have been for the past year. I absolutely love it! I have one bedroom/one bathroom and it's incredible. My partner and I comfortably fit our cali king bed in the bedroom with no problem so, zero issues with space. The kitchen is my favorite part, it's open and updated and the windows let in amazing natural light. This is the first place that I actually feel like a part of a community instead of living with strangers.

Nicely renovated, affordable apartments. Quiet neighbors, great for young professionals who want away from high rents, but still want to be close to the city. I lived in two apartments while at Covered Bridge during the past 4 years. My first apt was 3rd floor and prior to updating. Enjoyed the outdoor space having a private deck. Loved my 1970's apartment! I chose to stay in the complex and moved to ground level apartment after updates were made. It was most affordable option for me. I enjoyed all the updates and the location of my downstairs apt. Tina and Brenda, very knowledgeable and kind and helpful, always available when needed. Jerry, Matt and Connor in maintenance were wonderful. Never hesitated to take care of any issue I may have had in a very timely manner. They had awesome customer service and snow removal. My one request to Morgan Companies would be to update the windows. Using a piece of wood to secure windows on the bottom floors although I never had an issue, is just unacceptable. Feeling safe in apartment is a feeling all tennant's have a right to, not just higher floors. I only moved out of my apartment to relocate closer to family out of state. I will always hold a special place in my heart for Tina, Brenda, Jerry, Matt and Connor. Seriously consider Residences at Covered Bridge for your next home. Exceptional service is worth a few extra dollars. I will miss my Apt and my community at this complex.
