I’ve lived in this complex for about a year now, the leasing manager Brenda is absolutely fantastic. She is a very genuine person who cares so much about every tenant no matter how long you’ve been there. The only issue I have is the maintenance staff. They are incompetent, unreliable, and just downright disrespectful. The complex itself is a dog friendly cat friendly complex, that definitely has a nice sense of community. Reading reviews from years past I was a little worried when I first moved in but it has changed dramatically from what I’ve seen, other than maintenance staff. If they got rid of the meet and staff and actually got people in there who were mechanically inclined and not just some dumb guys off the side of the road, then it would be a five star review.

I don’t even know where to begin this is the worst place I’ve ever lived, the environment makes me feel like I live downtown Syracuse with someone being killed, drug busts, breaking into our storage unit, etc. sandy is amazing, but I wish she never would’ve suggested this place for us to live, first we had to move from brookwood on the green because of children climbing up our belcony and people smoking weed so much our apartment ranked of it with a newborn baby that’s not ok. We were relocated to Wellington manor, we’ve had flea infestations and we don’t even have pets, black mold all over the apartment going up our walls in our pipes everywhere!! With a one year old running around no matter how many times we bleach it comes right back! This place is not sound proof at all, even living on the top floor you can literally hear the people under you so much as talking normally and every time someone enters the building the front door slams and it’s crazy loud!! Plus all of the dogs that bark like crazy constantly that are so loud, you can’t even use the laundry facility on site because it’s all molded and disgusting, and sharkeys is about a mile away nobody mentioned that it would keep us up until 2 am every night every weekend during the summer because you can hear it through the walls VERY CLEARLY, along with people partying on the sides of the street blasting music in their cars. Also have had things not fixed in our apartment since the week we moved in( been over a year) so we haven’t even been able to use one of our bathrooms our entire time living here! And property management is god awful, as much as she says she will help you she only thinks about herself and her business, weeks before Christmas and we’ve been now charged fees for “unpaid rent difference” of hundreds of dollars each month when rent has been paid in full every month! They’ll find any hidden fee to charge you, it’s a god awful terrible place to live, you can probably find way better downtown Syracuse for 400 a month worth the risk of being shot. Do not move here no matter what anyone says or even if you think your apartment won’t be like this, everyone whose ever moved here has regretted it and is leaving, I’ve spoken to them worst apartment complex to live in. DONT DO IT
