The application process is a little weird. The woman when I called was initially pleasant. After having trouble w the online application I called back to try and explain I don't have a current address as I was originally moving out of state and have been staying w friends. She said to put my former address and every time I tried to tell her something she would just talk over me. When I asked her to stop she told not not to raise my voice and that she was canceling my app and hung up...it's now been 4 months and I was actually sent an approval letter for a Dec vacancy. When I have called to see what the status is though there is never anyone in the office and I get re-routed to the property managements office instead of apartment complex's. Each time being told how sorry they are no one on site has reached out and that they will relay my message...never have I ever gotten a call back from anyone.

Good Afternoon. Heat is included, but electricity is not. Residents pay National Grid for their electricity.
We do not offer free WiFi. You can get service through Spectrum or Verizon FIOS.
