Made an appointment and nothing on the website or the emails indicated they were closed. But the sign on the door said that the whole system was down. Typical government civilians.

I can't load rapids appt scheduler to make appt? How do I renew?

There is a section in my retired ID card that has an expiration date how do I get it updated or is it expired indefinitely due to me turning 65 in March.

You need to schedule for a new one at 65 and that one will not expire.
