This UPS store is the best I have ever encountered! I frequent their services many times during the week and they ALL consistently demonstrate excellent customer service. Ron and a female (sorry, no name recall) representative deliver especially stellar service! They are very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, all with a warm smile and short, friendly conversation. THIS is my new ‘go to’ mail service!

Perhaps this is a good place if you only want to copy or ship - but do not consider them a professional print location. I stopped in because they are in the neighborhood and thought to take my business printing there. I wanted to have a print job of 125 on my card stock. The staff who waited on me did not know enough to determine if they could print on the sample I brought in nor did they know pricing. They did not care enough to ask other staff for assistance and gave me the impression they did not care if I was a customer or not. I will go elsewhere when custom printing is needed for my business.
