I look forward to visiting this UPS location every time. The employees are so friendly and they remember me. I have come to rely on them over the years. It is so much easier to ship from UPS than the post office. They are so accommodating and will help you with packaging/taping etc. In addition to shipping, I have relied on this location for printing of materials for high school fundraisers and they over achieve every time! Reasonable prices and insanely fast turn around. They are responsive to web orders and email communications. They do everything to make things easier for the customer and I will continue being a loyal one!

This is a turn key operation for Amazon. I brought in a package and they know everything to do since this was the first time I returned a box of this size. They had blank white stick on labels to hide old tracking info. The individual was kind and respectful and got me out quick. This is the only way to go!

Charged me to print an already paid for shipping label. The website says shipping label is printed for free if we have a copy of the label on email or the phone. It’s contradictory to what the store has to say. Please don’t advertise wrong information if you cannot honour it. Poor service.

Ups Brablenton is a great place. I finded 4 years ago when I lived at Green Square at Ashburn. Since 2020 I moved at Leesburg but I comeback always I need a service. The staff is professional and courtesy.
