We just leased a 2022 Nissan Armada and the very next day we discovered a construction nail in the left front tire - apparently it was noticed at the dealership as there was white spray paint to mark the spot. We don't think it was intentional by the dealer however we still needed it repaired - with a replacement tire! My wife took it to Mavis on Race Track and Manager Bruce took it in immediately, tested the tire and found that it was not leaking air, but he recommended we take it back to the dealer for tire replacement. There was no charge from Mavis. This is the 3rd time we have needed emergent service at Mavis Tire and each time we were serviced almost immediately and 2 of the 3 times there was NO charge. In this day of diminishing customer service, Mavis Tire on Race Track Road stands out above and beyond the majority of retailers we have dealt with. Many thanks to Bruce and his staff for a job well done - again! Honesty, integrity and excellent service from them once again!

For there only being a couple guys in the shop, they worked efficiently and well to replace my tires and set my alignment straight. While waiting one of the guys was very friendly and we had good conversation for the duration of my wait. 10/10 would recommend. they even stayed 20 minutes after closing to make sure everything i needed was ready to go!

Why you should go to Mavis Tires & Brakes on Race Track Rd. Months ago, I had my 2011 Silverado serviced at Garber Auto Mall for a recall item, oil change and tire rotation. The service department said I needed a complete new brake system totaling about $3,000.00! I went for a second opinion to Mavis Tires & Brakes. I called MT&B, and told manager, Amit that I needed brake work. He estimated the pads and rotors to be $300.00. I dropped off my vehicle around 3pm to pick-up the next day, a Sunday, by 1pm. 10am Amit called saying he recommended a brake flush also. 11:30, my truck was ready. My final bill with new front brake pads, rotors, and brake flush was $350.98 vs $3,000.00 that Garber Auto Mall tried to get out of me. Now, I have a safe truck that I can pull my 31 ft travel trailer with and get me where I want to be. Mavis Tires & Brakes didn't try to rip me off! Thanks Amit and crew! Honesty and a fair price in Auto maintenance, that's what keeps customers coming back.

This place is great!! We were worried we'd need to replace our tire after we found a big chunk of metal sticking out of it. Luckily they were able to repair it and really quickly for a very reasonable price. They even loaded it back into my car for me.

That is a long wait for an oil change. Definitely not how we typically do our oil change services. I am sorry for your long wait, looks like this time we did not meet our own standards of operation.
