That is a long wait for an oil change. Definitely not how we typically do our oil change services. I am sorry for your long wait, looks like this time we did not meet our own standards of operation. Please come back and speak with one of us in management. Also, there is always an option to make an appointment or to drop off.
I do know if you have no appt scheduled it does take longer as they fit you in between scheduled appts. However, that said, three hours does seem odd. I also know they usually do the job right and do not over charge.
