123 Law Network are paralegals with access to Attorneys to help represent you in Court, is what they say. I paid them $1,995.00 back 1-13-20, that was the fee for I was told that my case for Illegal Foreclosure and Lis Penden would be ready in 10 days to 2 weeks. I still have not received that from Francisco (Owner/CEO) still says it is not ready & I have asked for a refund. I had a court date on 1-29-20, asked for him to refer me to an attorney to represent me in court. Francisco refused & said no one could do the job in this area, I didn't need an attorney anyway, they are worthless and I could do this myself. I could go and file BK again and it would stop things. I filed BK again; the judge sided with the opposing counsel since I didn't have counsel. I was filed with an eviction. Francisco told me to wait until I get the sheriff’s notice then we go from there. Would tell me what we would do. Francisco still has not finished my filing. March 4, 2020, Francisco had me sign a document saying that I would pay him $895 to be deferred through the case that he was working on and be paid out of that case of the illegal foreclosure and Lis Penden. However, he filed a Rental agreement with a fake name on it (without my authorization and signed my name to it, as well as he wouldn't tell me what he was filing to stop this eviction. I was told it was their secret and none of my business, as well as getting upset with me for asking. I found an attorney to hire at the last minute to represent me in court by phone. The judge postponed the court for a couple of days to get the phone system set up for the attorney that I hired. Then the next day Covid19 shut down the court system. That is why I didn't get evicted as of yet, I have a good case told by several entities. I can't get Francisco with 123 Law Network to give me my money back, he has not done the documents for the illegal foreclosure or the Lis Penden, nor did he find me representation as requested. I need my funds back now! You have my information to send me my money back, NOW! I have already file with the Attorney General’s Office, I told you that I would if I didn’t get my money back on May 15, 2020. I am not joking; you are playing with my life, my living and my funds.

My family was in a tough spot with very little money to work with. We were looking for help and were very concerned about scammers out there. We looked at a few different companies and 123 Law Network is who we chose to work with. We are so glad we did as Francisco has been amazing to work and and has helped alleviate many fears and walked us through each step. I can not thank him and his company enough for helping us through these tough times. These guys are 100% legit (honestly a fear I had when first searching) and deliver the results they promise!

I used their services back in August of 2017 and first of all I must say that they didn't help at all and all they did was take $300 from me. I think they took advantage of me because I was young and in desperate need of help. Francisco was the person that "helped" me and I must admit that he was really rude since the very beginning, at the end all he said was "I'm not dealing with this anymore, I'm done with this county". In other words, you're on your own now. Once at the courthouse they explained to me that they could've helped me with the exact same thing for free! Unfortunately, the paperwork that Francisco did for me did NOTHING to prevent us from getting evicted. Francisco, thanks for nothing, hopefully not but if in the future I need assistance again I will definitely not be coming back to you because you did nothing except run away with my hard earned money.

A New Client - I plan on updating this as often as problem and take anyone who wants to join in me this very scary journey along for the ride. After doing some research we have chosen to work with 123 Law Network. We have only heard good things about this Eviction Service. We will be work with a well know member of the staff. I will reveal this person at the end of my review. Here is where we are so far, and I want to be very clear that I am highly emotional and afraid as I don't know what is happening or how I am even going to survive this. Our initial contacts met with the standard telephone tag. After finally getting in contact with our contact, we were asked to send some docs. We sent the docs more than three times. Our contact never received them. Not one of the three emails. This inability to get the information wen't on for a whole day. Finally the next day at the very end of the day we were able to get a hold of our contact. We were told that he figured we were not interested as he never heard from us. So, we quickly worked with him to correct the perception. The mistake we made was not to contact earlier and be more active, this was our fault. He advised us that he would prepare some documentation and send it over to us. We are wait for one hour and received nothing. I don't know if he worked on our case file or not. We don't even know how much it will cost to use his services. I will admit that I am very concerned about this process, but I need to have faith in the fact that our contact has been dong this for many years and that he has our best interests at hand. So, it's 11:45 PM and now to be honest I can't sleep because I don't know if I will hear from our contact at all. I am in a bit of a panic because we need to file our 1st response with the court tomorrow. What I don't know is what the procedure is, what the process to expect is and how I can do my part? I am basically in a lost-limbo-paradise and don't the darndest idea of what to expect. More to come as our case unfolds.

The legal process is that once the house is sold at Trustee Sale the owner is given a 3 day notice to move. After that notice expires the new owner can go to court to start a formal eviction process. That formal process can be delayed 6-9 months.
The Court has rules it uses in handling Eviction cases. We know the rules (insider info) and how they can be used to slow the case down. Simple and very effective.
