As other people have said, very disorganized. I made an appointment for 2:10pm for a drug screen and they said "sorry cutoff time is 2pm for that" after I showed up on time in person.

This location is annoying! I went to the Costa Mesa location and the nurse was lovely and said to bring in my samples to drop and no appointment was necessary since it was just a drop off. At This location however, the nurse insisted I sign in and get to the back of the line, a 45 min wait (everyone else was going in for blood work). I had to wait to literally hand something to them. This is a joke. Go to another location.

My 1 year old daughter needed blood work done and so I made an appointment online. We arrived early, and proceeded to wait for more that an HOUR past the scheduled appointment time. Ridiculous. Have you tried entertaining a 1 year old for an hour where there’s a full room of grumpy people waiting to be seen for a procedure they don’t even like? The lady working the front desk was extremely rude to everyone she was in contact with (which we observed since we were waiting for so long). The wait time is completely inaccurate and they provided no updates whatsoever to the completely full waiting room. Our names were also somehow shuffled multiple times to the bottom of the running waitlist on the monitor, again with no updates or even acknowledgement that they knew we were there. Once we were finally seen, the technician was kind and thanked us for waiting for so long. Still though, not worth it. Go to any other quest location if you can.

Terrible staff, very mean and rude, I would never visit this location again. I didn't make an appointment when I came in this morning . A lady told me to leave my name and phone number on the registration machine, and waiting in the car, They would send me a text message when it was my turn, but the time could not be guaranteed. This doesn't matter. I went back to the car and waited for two hours. Because I was doing blood tests on an empty stomach, I went back and ask how long I had to wait because it was almost 11 o'clock. When I went in and asked the receptionist, a man behind her started yelling at me: “We have a lot of patients. If you don’t have an appointment, you can’t wait here. You have to go back to your car and wait. Those who wait here have appointments. Yes, is it okay?” The sound was very loud and scary. There were several patients waiting in the room.
