Bought a medium 2 topping pizza and large speciality pizza. Charged full price for medium. But could have bought 2 for less than the one. Asked if I could get the one for the special since I was buying the speciality said sorry. I could have got the special for 14 dollars instead I paid 30 something. Poor practice

Probably not ordering Dominos for a while after this experience. Ordered at 8:50 pm on Sunday, got my order at 11 pm and it was all cold. It was probably sitting out for over an hour. My order was marked as delivered and it wasn't delivered until 30 minutes later, I called the shop to see where it was, because I wasn't sure if it was even going to arrive. The employee on the phone was obviously annoyed and over her job. She just told me the tracker wasn't working and my order was on its way. I guess no one knows how to use phones. Just a simple call saying your delayed helps a ton. Or calling your driver to see where he is at, and then calling the customer with an update isn't a bad way to help. I work in customer service, it is essential. I reached out to Dominos with my experience and I still haven't received a response. Just overall such a poor experience.

If I could give this location a zero, I would. Domino's does not ever answer their phone. The delivery time was quoted as 106 minutes from time or order. I tried to call to change that to pickup, but the store would not answer their phone after multiple calls. Poor customer service.

Just moved to the area a week ago, and was craving some good pizza. Knowing that back where I used to live Dominos was always good...I ordered from this dominos. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!!! Check! We will never order from here EVER again. I ordered a large with pepperoni which costed me $17, received a cold pizza. Half of the pizza didn't have cheese!!!! It literally had pepperoni on top of dry dough...not even sauce! Check out the picture its actually hollow...it felt and tasted like cardboard. Never again!
