Unbelievable service by Danielle. I just moved to the area and I think the bar was set low by one of your competitors who I rented a car from recently. The competitors car smelled of smoke, was dirty, and the customer service at their location was terrible. So I fortunately decided to try Enterprise and I don't plan on ever using anyone else. The vehicle looked brand new both inside and out. And Danielle personally called me to let me know when I could come in to pick it up. Everything was so fast and efficient, I can't wait to rent another one.

Although the staff was nice, a little piece of information was not disclosed until I returned the vehicle. We rented an SUV to go OUT OF TOWN...but the Enterprise staff decided to put a 150 miles/day cap on the vehicle. Well, that cap was eclipsed on a couple of the days due to us driving OUT OF TOWN. Was not expecting the extra charge needless to say. Of course, the extra charge leads to extra fees which leads to paying a higher tax amount. Not a happy camper.

I have been renting cars from this location for the past 4 years and have never had any issues until this last rental over the Christmas holidays, which will be my last from this location. I rented the car for 2 weeks, and put well over 2k miles on it; the last leg of the trip was direct from Hot Springs, Ar to Jacksonville (942 miles exactly). When we hit Pensacola at 4PM (driving since 5AM) the check engine light came on. We pulled on the side and read the owners manual and it said to check the gas cap and to only be concerned if the check engine light was RED and to not drive the car; the light was amber. I proceeded to reseat the gas cap, and the light stayed amber, however based on the guidance in the owners manual and no performance issue with the vehicle we pressed on. The following day I returned the car to Enterprise and informed them that the check engine light was amber and per the manual was okay to drive but wanted to bring it to there attention. Later that evening, I was called by someone at the store and was informed a squirrel had damaged the engine and that I was responsible. I explained that the locations were I was at did not have active squirrels due to the temperatures. A few days later, I get a notice from Enterprise that I need to file a claim for the damaged engine. Hard to believe a squirrel could cause that much damage to an engine with no lack of performance of the vehicle. This will be the last time I use them, and will also be informing COSTCO of this issue. Oh yeah, can can just keep my loyalty points as I will find another rental company to do business with in the future.

Ashley David is excellent at her job. This was the first time I needed to rent a car in the area. It was around closing time and she was delightful to deal with. I overheard her interacting with the customer before me and she was very reassuring and helpful to him as well. I will return to this location if I ever need a car again just because of Ashley!

Yes, I rented a pickup truck from them before. Shouldn't be a problem.
