Bit of an older building, but the room I stayed in was fine, everything that I interacted with was clean and well-maintained. No complaints.

Shut this place down! Construction was finishing paving large sections of parking lot upon our arrival. Exposed sheetrock in several places in bldg. Toddler sized toilet rocked and was crooked not against wall. Nasty ring around toilet. Freezer had about 3 inches of ice. Needs new mattresses. Bird poop on windows. Not many hotel options in town. Suggest a bed and breakfast or stay in another town. Feel sorry for parents helping their kids at SUNY FREDONIA...not worth staying at this disgusting place. We will NEVER RETURN..

Positive: The young man at the check-in desk was friendly and very helpful. I wasn't able to access the wifi on my Mac, and he took the time to Google some videos to try to troubleshoot and solve the problem. It took us about 15 minutes, but we figured it out. Negative: The breakfast food could be better. Free breakfasts in hotels used to include several hot dishes like eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, etc. The "continental" items offered are generally of lower quality as well.
