This hotel is conveniently located with a potential good view of the lake. However, the windows were damaged and fogged up so we were unable to see clearly. Also, the bathroom tub was quite rusty and dated. The walls in our room were so thin we could clearly hear the guest in the adjacent room talking to his family. The guest room and hallway need to be updated. We parked on the side of the building nearest our room; the side entry was in poor repair and looked unsafe (although there was a note saying we were being recorded on a security camera.) The check-in was easy and the desk clerks were very friendly.

Advertises room service but has none. Front desk said was able to charge food and drinks to room. Restaurant said different. Waitress walked away from both me and the manager. Was very rude and immature. Wifi is either terrible or not working. Rooms are from the 1900s. Very outdated. Waste of money. Never coming here again. Had no parking spaces because let's anyone park in the lots. Experience is terrible. Advertises pool but has none. I can keep going on. But now I am checking out and going somewhere else to eat dinner

The rooms are dated, but staff friendly and helpful. High priced. Good complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is very nice. Beautiful spot right on the water and the staff are very friendly. The girl at the front desk let my kids feed the fish and it made their whole day!
